  • 2003 Primary switched-mode power supply unit 10kW water-cooled

  • 2015 Introduction of SiCMOS technology into our product range

  • 2017 Acquisition of Mentzer GmbH, chargers

  • 2017 ACDC power supply unit 60kW, SiCMOS, water-cooled

  • 2018 Breakdown of industrial products into electronics and winding goods

  • 2018 Foundation of DEFtron electronic GmbH, takes over the electronics division

  • 2020 DCDC power supply, switchable (150kW)
